Airport Arrival
Upon arrival at MCO, once you retrieve your luggage, go down one level to ground transportation. Once outside, go to shuttle/bus pickup number 42 (Terminal A) number 3 (Terminal B) or number 270 (Terminal C), and text us at 407.676.1291, letting us know that you have arrived and are ready to be picked up.
Reund /Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if you cancel your reservations within 36 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Failure to cancel within 36 hours of receiving confirmation is deem an agreement to all the stated terms.
A full refund (minus bank fees) will be issued if cancelled at least seven days in advance of scheduled pickup. A refund of 50% will be issued If cancelled between four to seven days in advance. No refund will be issued if cancelled less than four days (96 hours) of scheduled pick-up.
CRUISE PORT PICK-UP DISCLAIMERFor customers being picked up at the cruise port, as you think about your pick-up time, please keep in mind that it may take up to 60 minutes to disembark the Cruise ship, depending on the number of passengers on the ship.
We allow a 20-minute grace period for Port Pickup. After 20 minutes, you may be considered a no show and no refund will be issued. However, if our schedule allow, we will extend the 20 minutes grace period. A fee of $25 will be charged after the 20-minute grace period and $25 for every 20 minutes that the driver waits for your arrival. Hotel Pick-UP We allow a 15-minute grace period for hotel pick-up. After 15 minutes, we may consider your party a "no-show. No refund will be issued if you are deemed a "no show. Should our schedule allow us to wait past 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes ate thereafter.
Flight DelaysAGC monitors all of our clients’ flights for delays. We strive very hard to be at the airport when you flight arrives, including when flights are delayed. However, in some instances, because of previous scheduled shuttle services, there may be a delay in pick up when flights arrivals are late.
AGC commits to providing shuttle service for clients that experience delayed flights for up to 4 hours. After a 4-hour delay, we will attempt to provide service but are not obligated. No refund will be issued.

PRIVATE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Private shuttle service is provided for groups of 6 passengers or more for an additional fee of $50.00. If your group is 5 or less, other passengers may share ride.
