Private shuttle service is provided for groups of 6 or more. If your group is 5 or less, other passengers may share ride.
*Although we strive to keep all our shuttle transfers of 6 or more passengers private, there may be times when circumstances beyond our control require shared ride.
An upcharge of $50.00 is applied to MCO shuttle service pick-up going to Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach after 9:00 PM.
An upcharge of $25.00 is applied to MCO shuttle service pick-up going to the Orlando region after 9:00 PM.
CRUISE PORT PICK-UP NOTICE
For customers being picked up at the cruise port, as you think about your pick-up time, please keep in mind that it may take up to 60 minutes to disembark the cruise ship and clear customs.
We allow a 20 minute grace period. However, we will extend beyond 20 minutes if our schedule allows.
A $25.00 fee will be charged starting at the the end of the 20 minute grace period and an additional $25.00 every 15 minutes thereafter.
